If you’re a parent or caregiver looking to get peer support in your area – or thinking about setting up a parents support group yourself – we can help. We coach new and existing support groups, and connect parents like you with groups in your area.

It’s all free. We ask only that you fill in some questionnaires to help us improve our services.

Facebook parent support group

Join our dynamic Facebook support group where parents regularly exchange experiences and share information. With hundreds of members and daily posts, this group is an active and safe space to connect. The group is moderated by therapists to help you gain confidence, knowledge and insight.

Events and workshops

A great way to connect with other families facing challenges in building emotional relationships with children is to attend our events and workshops. You’ll gain expert coaching and advice from our therapists, whilst meeting like-minded parents and caregivers.

Support group for dads

Our support group for dads is run by Al Coates MBE. It offers a monthly online support session with a Whatsapp group for dads and carers who want to use it. The group is open to all struggling dads in the UK, with future in-person meetups being considered depending on regional locations.
