As a social enterprise supporting parents and families in the West Midlands to strengthen emotional relationships, we recruit on a rolling basis and are always open to applications from self-employed trauma and attachment practitioners.

We offer a range of early and preventative support programmes for adoptive and fostering families, helping to build stability, connection, and emotional wellbeing from the start. One of our newest and most exciting initiatives is the Children in Care Emotional Wellbeing Support in Walsall Programme for local children in care and care-experienced children.

We support a wide range of struggling families, including:

Families who are worried about their child's anxieity, emotional wellbeing or mental health

Parents / carers struggling with their child's behaviours or Childhood Challenging Violent and Aggressive Behaviours (CCVAB)

Families experiencing a life change, such as illness, divorce or a bereavement

Fostering, adoptive or blended families looking for support to develop new relationships

Families looking for support with neurodivergence, such as Autism or ADHD, or disabilities

Our associate therapists often work with struggling parents and children whose experiences may be shaped by past trauma, or who need extra support with forming emotional bonds. Your creativity and motivation to support both parents and children is valued as much as your experience!

We are especially keen to hear from self-employed trauma and attachment practitioners who are interested in working one-to-one with families.
